I was soloing laps on the City Park bolt ladder (5.10b) to kill some time, when Larry Kemp popped his head over the ledge above while rappelling down from Sloe Children. We had an impromptu debate about whether City Park would go free. Mike Jakubal was lurking about, and took this photo.
